The Everyday Earring Collection

I am starting a new line of bargain-priced earrings that are simple, classic, and, like all of my jewelry, have an emphasis on the natural beauty of the gemstones they are made of. These earrings, all of which are $12.99, are intended to be pieces that you can wear everyday without too much worry. I hope to make the "Everyday Line"a separate category on my Etsy site in the future, but for now they are mixed in with my other earrings with the phrase "Everyday Earrings" in the title. A new necklace for Nancy

Do you notice jewelry? I do (of course). Hillary has some nice chokers. Those BBC girls wear conservative, gemstone on chains jewelry. But, Nancy Pelosi wears the same necklace every day (almost).

I have been meaning to bring my internet endeavors together for quite some time. I have had a terrible time keeping up with my website and my etsy site. Well - finally, I have taken my catalog off my website and now just link to my etsy site as my catalog. Why double the work keeping up with both? Oye. Feels like a weight off my shoulders. I love to make jewelry but I fall behind taking photos and listing my work.

Am I a blogger yet? I think I am. I do not believe I qualify to be a twitter yet. (Or is that a tweeter? Or a twitterer?)

Ahem.

Here's what I know: I make jewelry. Gemstone jewelry -- not diamonds in gold -- but funky, chunky stones and stuff, usually in .925 sterling silver. Also have some smaller/sparkly stuff -- and sometimes I use gold.

I sell online at Etsy, on A-Z Jewelry Design, and at the Pyramid Atlantic Community Art Store near Washington DC. I sell at shows and fairs and home jewelry parties, (my favorite venue.)

I absolutely LOVE what I do. Every day I run through a little mantra of thanks that I get to do this. Thanks to whom you ask? That is another post - can't put everything here on the first day.

I hope the blog sticks. I think it will be fun.
